Mateo Londono

Director/Cinematographer Mateo Londono, ADFC.

Mateo Londono has shot over 250 commercials for such clients as Jaguar, Samsung, Chevron, Toyota, Hyundai, Bank of America, Unilever, Shell, and AT&T. He recently filmed the world campaign for Chevron, featuring over 20 spots shot across six countries and this year’s Bahamas Tourism campaign that aired in the Superbowl. 

Mateo has spent much of his career behind the camera lensing features, television spots and documentaries across six continents. Recently he wrapped principal photography on “The Jesuit” starring Tim Roth, Brian Cox, and Jose Maria Yaspik. Londono also lensed the Latin blockbuster “The Snitch Cartel”, “Miss Nobody” with Leslie Bibb and Adam Goldberg (“visual verve … sharp tech package etches distinct looks,” Variety) and Little Hercules with Elliott Gould in 3-D. He has received multiple Best Cinematography awards for short films including The Beneficiary at the Oxford International Film Festival and Silent Radio at the Long Island Film Festival.

In 1997, Londono graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Emerson College, Boston

MA. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
